Hi, I’m Miki — a product designer based in San Francisco.

Great ideas start with empathy.

I strive to understand how people think and behave to design thoughtful, intuitive experiences that connect people and products.

Throughout my journey as a designer, curiosity has guided me to better understand how people think, feel, and behave—and to create experiences that align with those realities.

Working across organizations like McKinsey & Company, Rite Aid, and Cisco, I’ve seen firsthand the range of challenges businesses face, reinforcing my belief that UX is ultimately about people.

The best designs meet people where they are—not where we expect them to be.

Design allows me to practice empathy with people from all backgrounds and help organizations build more meaningful, lasting connections with their customers.

Outside of design, that same curiosity carries into how I spend my time—exploring the outdoors through running, climbing, and backpacking, and capturing moments through drawing.

I’m interested in working on meaningful problems and collaborating with thoughtful teams.
