Ideas often begin with empathy. I strive to understand how people think and behave, in order to create solutions that can bridge gaps between people and products through a thoughtful interaction.
Over the course of my journey as a designer, my curiosity has guided me towards understanding how people feel, think, and behave, in order to create experiences that support their natural behavior. Through my experiences — at McKinsey & Company, Panasonic, Cisco — seeing the different challenges that businesses face led me to embrace NN's slogan 'UX is people' and that "best designs are built for people as they really are — not who we wish they were." Design allows me to practice empathizing with people of all backgrounds and help organizations build a better connection with their customers.
